Keep your workouts short and intense:

A simple exercise program might consist of doing 3 to 5 exercises that include the bench press for the upper body and the leg press or squat for the lower body. You can do 3 short sets per exercise for 7 to 10 reps each with the first set being a warm up and the second being the heavy set and the last being the cool down. This kind of weight training workout does not require much time and needs to only be done a maximum of one to two times a week. Be sure to give yourself enough rest between workouts as it takes time for your body to recover. The more weight you lift the more rest you will need.
